We use UPS and USPS package shipping in order to have tracking on packages.
Shipping charges are based on weight and service zone.
Products that require to be shipped in oversized boxes (dimensional weight) will be charged according to USPS or UPS guidelines. We will contact you if there is any additional charges.
Hospitality Electronic Supplys offers the following payment methods (Credit Card, Pay In Store-Pickup Orders Only and Pre-Arranged Purchase Order Payment
If processing an order with Pre-Arranged Purchase Order, you must supply Hospitality Electronic Supply with a Purchase Order on Company Letterhead via email to your salesperson or fax 1-800-628-1005.
Hospitality Electronic Supply, llc attempts to stock all items listed in its catalog and advertising.
We will automatically cancel items not available after one month in our system unless otherwise specified by the customer, in which case, we will ship items as they become available.
All parts must be examined by the customer upon receipt of shipment.
If there are any discrepancies with the order, they must be reported to a Customer Service Representative within 7 working days of receipt.
All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number (RA#) supplied by a HES Customer Service Representative.
Customer has 14 days from issue date to return merchandise.
RA# will not be valid after these 14 days.
The RA# must be printed legibly in BOLD print on the outside of the shipping box.
Customer must have a copy of the invoice in the box and indicate the reason for the return.
All parts must be returned with all accessories included and in the original packaging.
Any returns not having this information will not be accepted as a valid return and will be returned to the customer.
Whole order returns that were classified as undeliverable by shipping company, due to customer error, are subject to any additional shipping charges that may be incurred on re-shipment of order to the customer.
If an order is refused by the customer two times without a valid and acceptable reason, the customer is automatically placed on a "payment in advance shipments only" or a "credit card only" basis.
A 15% restocking charge will be applied to any returns due to customer error.

If you were billed for parts not received, please contact our Customer Service Department. Notify us which part(s) you did not receive along with the invoice number. We will send out the parts immediately. All claims MUST be made within 7 days from date of receipt.
If an order is returned to Hospitality Electronic Supply, due to customer error, any additional shipping charges incurred when the order is re-shipped back to the customer will be charged back to the customer.
Re-stocking Charge Policy
If a customer determines that they no longer need a part(s) or it is just not what they want, a 15% restocking charge will be applied against the original charge--NO EXCEPTIONS.
Any parts or products purchased from Hospitality Electronic Supply that prove to be defective will be replaced or refunded to the customer only if returned within 90 days of receipt.
All Surveillance Equipment is 3 year manufacturer warranty.
A Return Authorization Number (RA#) must be supplied by our HES Customer Service with a copy of your invoice.

Special Order Parts
If available through our suppliers, we will gladly attempt to special order products not in our regular inventory.
However, once special orders are placed, they can not be cancelled, refunded and/or returned.
EPA Chemical Regulation
It is a violation of Federal Law to sell, distribute or offer to sell or distribute any chlorofluorocarbon containing cleaning fluid for electronic and photographic equipment to any one who is not a commercial user of this product. The penalty for violating this prohibition can be up to $25,000 per sale. Individuals purchasing such products must present proof of their commercial status in accordance with 40CFR 82.68(C) or 82.68(C).
The items identified in this inventory are sold "AS-IS, WHERE-IS." There shall be NO OTHER warranties, express or implied, including the warranty of MERCHANTABILITY.
Limitation of Remedies
The BUYERS exclusive remedy for any claim is limited to a refund or credit, which buyer must make within 30 days from date on the final invoice. Furthermore, the refund or credit shall be limited to, and under no circumstances exceed, the amount of the purchase price as listed in the final invoice.
