International Customers
To ensure that all our customers
outside of the United States are properly charged for all shipping charges we
require that all orders requests must be emailed to our sales desk at [email protected]
Please include the following information in your email:
· Full name/Company
· Phone number
· Email address
· Full shipping address
· Item#(s) and Quantity
This allows our sales team to create a special, accurate invoice
which will include full shipping charges. (Customers are responsible for ALL
duties and taxes, this will not be included on your invoice)
Once we receive your order, we will email you an invoice with a link
to pay. We will accept the payment as confirmation on the order and it
will ship all items in stock within 24 hours.
Backorders
Hospitality Electronic Supply, llc attempts to stock all items listed in its catalog and
advertising. We will automatically cancel items not available after one month
in our system unless otherwise specified by the customer, in which case, we
will ship items as they become available.
Returns Policy
All parts must be
examined by the customer upon receipt of shipment. If there are any discrepancies
with the order, they must be reported to a Customer Service Representative
within 7 working days of receipt.
All returns must be
accompanied by a Return Authorization Number (RA#) supplied by a Hospitality
Electronic Supply, llc Customer Service Representative. Customer has
14 days from issue date to return merchandise. RA# will not be valid after
these 14 days.
The RA# must be printed
legibly in BOLD print on the outside of the shipping box. Customer must have a
copy of the invoice in the box and indicate the reason for the return. All
parts must be returned with all accessories included and in the original
packaging. Any returns not having this information will not be accepted as a
valid return and will be returned to the customer. Shipping charges on original
orders are not refundable.
We WILL NOT issue UPS
Call Tags for pickup of return packages. The customer is responsible for
returning the part and will be re-charged for the replacement part if
applicable. A merchandise credit or refund will be issued upon receipt of
returned part.
Whole order returns that
were classified as undeliverable by shipping company, due to customer error,
are subject to any additional shipping charges that may be incurred on
re-shipment of order to the customer.
If an order is refused
by the customer two times without a valid and acceptable reason, the customer
is automatically placed on a "payment in advance shipments only" or a
"credit card only" basis.
A 15% restocking charge
will be applied to any returns due to customer error.

Shorted Shipments
If you were billed for
parts not received, please contact our Customer Service Department. Notify us
which part(s) you did not receive along with the invoice number. We will send
out the parts immediately.
All claims MUST be made
within 7 days from date of receipt.
Order
Re-shipments
If an order is returned
to Hospitality Electronic Supply,
due to customer error, any additional shipping charges incurred when
the order is re-shipped back to the customer will be charged back to the
customer.
Re-stocking
Charge Policy
If a customer determines
that they no longer need a part(s) or it is just not what they want, a 15%
restocking charge will be applied against the original charge--NO
EXCEPTIONS.
Guarantee
Any parts or products
purchased from Hospitality Electronic Supply that prove to be
defective will be replaced or refunded to the customer only if returned within
90 days of receipt.
A Return Authorization Number (RA#) must be supplied by our Customer Service
staff with a copy of your invoice. All Test Equipment is warranted by the
original manufacturer and is exempt of Hospitality Electronic Supply guarantee.
There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this 90 day warranty period.
Pricing
Due to fluctuations of
the dollar against the International Exchange Rate and changing market
conditions, our prices are subject to change without notice. Prices printed in
our most recent catalog are current at press time. If you have any questions
about pricing, ask our Customer Service Representative when placing your
order.
Substitute Policy
Generally, the
manufacturer will provide replacement devices, which we will use whenever
possible. When the manufacturer has not supplied us with a replacement device,
we will supply you with an equivalent device by another maker. We will automatically
substitute on all orders when necessary unless the customer otherwise
specifies.
Special Order Parts
If available through our
suppliers, we will gladly attempt to special order products not in our regular
inventory. However, once special orders are placed, they cannot be cancelled,
refunded and/or returned.
EPA Chemical Regulation
It is a violation of
Federal Law to sell, distribute or offer to sell or distribute any
chlorofluorocarbon containing cleaning fluid for electronic and photographic
equipment to any one who is not a commercial user of this product. The penalty
for violating this prohibition can be up to $25,000 per sale. Individuals
purchasing such products must present proof of their commercial status in
accordance with 40CFR 82.68(C) or 82.68(C).
Warranty/Disclaimer
The items
identified in this inventory are sold "AS-IS, WHERE-IS." There shall
be NO OTHER warranties, express or implied, including the warranty of
MERCHANTABILITY.
Limitation of Remedies
The BUYERS exclusive remedy
for any claim is limited to a refund or credit, which buyer must make within 30
days from date on the final invoice. Furthermore, the refund or credit shall be
limited to, and under no circumstances exceed, the amount of the purchase price
as listed in the final invoice.
Proposition 65 Warning
for California

whether any particular product contains any specific chemical known to State of
California to cause birth defects or other reproductive harm. California
customers are encouraged to check manufacturer's website and/or read any
notices on the product from the manufacturer to verify if the product has such
problems before purchasing or using this product. As a precaution, some circuit
boards, especially those without RoHS certification, may contain solder that
has lead as a component. Always avoid skin or food contact with any circuit
boards. Always wash your hands after handling any circuit boards. De-soldering
such circuit board is not recommended nor does it make any economic sense. If
you have to do it, avoid inhalation of any fumes. This general warning is also
provided on our website,catalog and invoices /or sent as a hard copy together
with any orders shipped to California addresses. Search "California

product names, logos, and trademarks appearing on this website (collectively,
“Trademarks”) are the property of their respective owners. Any references to
third-party Trademarks are used solely for the purpose of identifying the
corresponding original products, part numbers, compatibility, or intended use.

Use of “Original” vs. “Replacement”
The term “original”
refers to parts manufactured by the original equipment manufacturer (“OEM”).
The term “replacement”
refers to parts that are not manufactured by the OEM but are designed to be
compatible with the OEM’s products. Where a part is described as “replacement,”
it should be understood that it is non-OEM and is provided as an alternative compatible
component.
Identification and
Compatibility
OEM names and part
numbers may be used strictly for identification and compatibility purposes.
Such references are intended to help customers determine the correct
replacement or compatible part and do not imply that HES’s products are OEM
products or that there is any association with the OEM.
